Lionheart Health 6×4 Flyers

Continuing the Lionheart Health Branding Initiate 2009, the client requested 6×4, post card size flyers that could be left at various sponsors around town.

Like with the business cards, the big goals were to showcase the brand, the contact information and the free health camp offer. Been a few months since I’ve done something for print, so I’m pretty damn happy with this.

Lionheart Health Business Cards

Continuing work on the Lionheart Health Brand, these business cards were built to be bright, and attention grabbing.
We wanted something that had a classical (1900s) feel combined with a modern edge.

For the client, there were three big things the card needed to accomplish:

  1. Showcase the company name & brand
  2. Clearly display name, telephone number and web address
  3. Work double-duty to advertise their unique feature of letting people experience an entire class for free

Can’t wait to see what they look like printed up!

Whisperwire Collateral

Gray/Black, white and red. You may notice that the WhisperWire collateral, the iD3 collateral and the Red McCombs Media collateral use a very similar color palette. This was not my doing. Well, it was sort of. But not really.

WhisperWire I absolutely chose – but it was this WhisperWire collateral, and showing it to other clients, that ended up inspiring iD3 and Red McCombs Media to take note and want to see something similar.

Hopefully, the rest of my oeuvre shows how much I love other colors – like green, purple and orange. Red and Gray/Black are just bold, sexy colors and people seem to gravitate toward their starkness. It’s interesting, when you think about it.

SCAD Radio Recordshow Expo

All of these Media Mayhem Posters you see here were submitted to various student publication awards. Out of all of them – this SCAD Radio Recordshow Expo – ended up being chosen 2nd Place, Larson Newspaper Associated Collegiate Press, Large Display Ad.

I’m happy for the award, however, I think the one I’m about to post next, the “How to Keep SCAD Student’s Happy” is much better. Much, much better.

Red McCombs Media Logo v3

Red McCombs Media Logo v3

A few months ago, we entered into our second session of logo re-envisioning and re-branding for Red McCombs Media, where I am very lucky to be the Creative Manager. Red McCombs Media is one of top 5000 fastest growing companies in the United States, as published recently by Inc. magazine. We focus on ensuring our clients get the most bang for their buck.

We’re the guys who serve up (and sometimes design) the banner ads that let you know a big Hollywood film is being released or let you know about a local, targeted marketing campaign may be happening for your favorite cable provide. We’re pervasive. We’re good at what we do. And we didn’t have a logo that really helped us show that.

The problem is – as with any logo re-envisioning: what do we want to say about ourselves and how much of that can truly be done with a logo?
